My piercer jeremy was probably one of the best piercer i’ve ever had. He’s funny and lighthearted and created such a great and unique space for me and my friends. We had a lot of laughs and jokes at the shop and i really hope he gets lots of business because i know he’s really passionate about his work. 1000000/10 experience i will go back again whenever i plan on getting a new piercing

Had my vertical labret done three days ago. Love how it looks but it's definitely one of the more painful piercings I've had done. Didn't hurt much at all during but has been quite sore since. Tylenol helps a lot. Overall, very happy with my new piercing!

I had such a great experience!! Katy is tea baby!!!! I got my conch pierced and expected so much pain. Well these young ladies talked to myself and my daughters like they knew us. We felt comfortable, she took her time and legit made me forget what was going on!!! Definitely going back for my next piercing🩷🩷🩷

My favorite place to get a tattoo! It is exactly what I wanted and healed perfectly. I am from out of state but every time I visit family in Charlotte I make sure to come and get my next tattoo at Black Cloud in Matthews. These are a few I have gotten here. I brought pictures of what I wanted and the artists matched them perfectly.

Amazing experience with Katy! She was thorough, knowledgeable and very sweet. I would say the price on the nose ring was very steep though for gold plated.
