Had a great experience. My daughter got her naval pierced and I had my second piercing in my lobes. It was a Saturday and busy but we had scheduled an appointment online and were taken right away.

Justin was professional, enthusiastic and very knowledgeable. He realized one of my son's ear holes was still open and was just about to slide a new earring in with ease. My son was happy with both piercings and jewelry.

Edit: I clicked on a link I was sent and realize this is for a different location. We went to the Town Center location in Kennesaw.

I was so happy to find somewhere that would work with us so my 6yo daughter could have her ears pierced with a needle and not a gun. She was nervous about the pain, but she said she wanted to have them pierced! Tristen was so helpful and willing to work with us. I got a second lobe piercing on both ears so we could be matching and then it was my daughter's turn. I think it was the nerves that made it seem more painful than it was, but Tristen waited for her to calm down and we talked through it with her and confirmed multiple times that she did want the second piercing. I realized after the first one that my daughter needed my full attention and a reminder not to move because it would just make it hurt more. That seemed to help some and getting the eating in on the second one was faster. I'm so grateful for her patience and willingness to help!

My piercer was the sweetest person ever it was done beautifully and smoothly without any problems if I could give her 11 out of 10 ratings & 10 stars I would but because they only have five stars that is what she will be receiving!!!!
