They were responsive to our needs, showed up when they said they were coming and did the necessary repairs. They did have to come back a few times as the diagnosis was not a simple one, but, we were pleased in the end.

Rocky, the technician, was great. Easy to understand as he explained the problem and fixed it. We haven’t used it since repair, but the dishwasher seems to work
