Brandon did an outstanding job. Notified me he was on his way, introduced himself upon arrival, asked about the problem (unit not cooling), quickly identified the problem, and almost as quickly, fixed it. On top of that, he stuck around for a short time to make sure everything was working properly. We are totally satisfied. Thanks.

My AC unit went out and when I contacted American Home Shield they got Advanced Appliances on the job. They sent out Todd he was very friendly, professional, fast and did a real good job! If the rest of the team is as friendly, skilled and as fast as Todd is then they are a true Gem of a company! Would work with again any time
