Positive: Professionalism i am pleased with Advanced Appliance Service in Greensboro/Winston-Salem, NC. Two of their technicians, Allan and Chris, installed a new water heater in my house. One of their own inspectors directed some minor improvements to the installation. Overall, the installation, with some required code upgrades, was very professionally done.

I was very pleased with the technician that came out to check on my dishwasher hook up. Since I had not had a dishwasher in service for over 25 years. He wrote down everything I needed to tell the installers from Lowes which was very helpful. The technician was knowledgable and I would recommend Advanced Appliance to anyone.

Customer Service Rep who assisted me was very professional and when the technician arrived he was also professional and very quick in regards to repair service. Now my dryer works like new thanks to Advanced Appliance Service. I will definitely save their number in my phone for other appliance issues I come across. Highly recommend!!!! Noe and Duane arrived at the earliest time promised and wore masks and foot covers to enter my home. They were professional, respectful, and explained the details of the inspection and work they did. They were great representatives for Advanced Appliance Service!
