Jacob and Tom were excellent service men! They explained everything to me and answered my questions. I'm very thankful for their professionalism and skills. Thank you again! 2nd visit... I declare! Nonetheless, Bryan came through on time as scheduled. He was polite and professional. He answered my questions and explained what he was doing. I was able to look into the crawl space he was working in and see what he was doing as well. Really appreciate the insight. I'm thankful. Thanks again!!

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness Patrick came out to access. Ordered part. Gave an ETA. Patrick came back to repair. Took about 30 minutes. Although I was without a washer for about 3 weeks due to holidays, COVID deliveries, and part ordered; thankfully during this time, I didn’t have anywhere to go anyway. Patrick was very pleasant, courteous, thorough, professional..... nothing bad to say.

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality Rocky was the technician for my appointment. He called when he was on his way and arrived during the scheduled appointment window. He quickly diagnosed the refrigerator leak and was very thorough in making sure it was fixed. He was very professional and forthcoming with information and ways to avoid the problem in the future. I would highly recommend Rocky and Advanced Appliance.
