They were always informative and helpful, but when my husband suddenly passed away in the middle of huge house repairs they truly stepped up. Every person that walked through the door was kind, and considerate of the devastation I was struggling through. They went above and beyond to make sure repairs were done quickly, efficiently, and as hassle free as possible. At no point did I feel taken advantage of, infact it was quite the opposite, I felt like they were trying to take care of me instead. I'll forever be grateful for their service. I had a great experience with Advanced Appliance! Scott was the technician who serviced my furnace. I had been having problems with my airflow since I purchased my home. I have had 4 other people look at it. Scott really listened to me concerning what I had been experiencing and took the time to do some good old fashioned trouble shooting!! He found the real source of my problem. I would highly recommended Scott with Advanced Appliance.
