Positive: Quality The initial contact and scheduling was pretty bad. The office staff are neither helpful nor properly informed.the repairman, Craig, was wonderful! He made an extra effort to get our oven workout as quickly as possible, and knew exactly what was wrong and what was needed. Sadly, the office again was uninformed, and I had to call several times to get things straightened out. We will be sure to request Craig if we have to use this service again. My Home warranty service picks the company, and they were made aware of the problems. Service: Oven repair

I had excellent service yesterday. The technician was on time, serviced my air conditioning and tankless water heater and provided some important tips for some of my appliances. Have used them for years and have always had a good outcome.

These guys are so professional and almost like you have know them forever, they are very friendly and courteous and professional but yet like your friendly neighbor😉 customer service is amazing and always friendly when I have called or they have called me!! Wish my home warranty actually covered more to bring things up to code, however Advance made our options VERY affordable to complete. They were able to get us scheduled and completed quicker then I expected. The technicians who completed the work were awesome and LOVED how he explained in great detail what they did and made sure it was working properly before they left. Highly recommend them.
