Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness I used advanced appliance service through my home warranty to fix a busted outside hose pipe. The technician Jacob was friendly, professional and explained everything he was doing. He also explained what I could do to prevent this in the future which was incredibly helpful as a first time homeowner who can be clueless on routine maintenance of a home. It took him 30 mins or less and the prices are very reasonable. I would definitely use their services again. Service: Plumbing pipe repair
