First of all the ladies that answer the phone are very genuine and make you feel important.that is great customer service.Scott was great and got the problem fixed quickly.This is not the last time I will use this company KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK

Best service hands down! My A/C went out and I had family coming into town the next day, I called in and spoke to a wonderful woman who answered the phone and she said they were booked, after she heard my story, had a tech at my door in an hour. The technician that arrived was polite, efficient and actually very funny!!! They have my business from here on out! Highly recommend them!! Thank you guys!!

Tech quickly diagnosed the issue with our spare fridge/freezer, installed a part and it is now working properly again. He said to monitor it for a day or so and to call them if I have any further issues with it not working.

Advanced is a big, responsible company, been servicing us for years, replaced our system for as good a price as we could find, gives us relevant advice on occasion. Some techs are more savvy than others, though.

These days is hard to get someone out before a week or so. But when they do get out they are always great. There phone agents are great.

Ben at Advance Appliances Service was awesome to work with. He showed up on time, was professional, skillful in diagnosing the issue. After determining the issue, Ben went out of his way to pickup parts for same day repair. He had me up and running within hours. Thank you Ben for making my day!

Once referral was made to Advanced Appliances, the immediately contacted me to schedule an appointment. After completing the initial assessment of the problem, I was immediately contacted to schedule a date/time for them to complete the repair. The staff members were cordial and very knowledgeable about the plumbing field. The repairs were completed in no time. Truly appreciate all that they did to make my pipe repairs.
