Advanced Appliance has been a excellent servicer for my appliances for years! They're always able to get me on the calendar quickly, they're efficient with repairs and have excellent customer service.

Advanced Appliance has performed many problems that I have in my home requested through my home warranty. They are professional and courteous and get the job done in a timely manner. Thanks to Ben who came out and diagnosed and repaired a wire that had rubbed the insulation off for the reversing valve at the outside condensing unit which caused a short shutting down my A/C system. He took time to explain and provided answers to questions that I had reference to the repairs. Would highly recommend their services in whatever problem you have.

Serviceman was courteous, explained problem, and method of repair. Also, he took care to protect floors during wAter extraction . He acquired needed part and was quite efficient. Great company.

The gentleman that came to my house to work on my washing machine, *****; was very pleasant and personable. Since my husband was not at home at the time, I want to add that I felt very comfortable around him. I asked a lot of Questions that is just my nature, I like to know stuff, especially about my home and surroundings and If I had gotten on his nerves as my husband warned me when he called while ***** was here, he never let me know. Lol. Very patient.He graciously answered all my questions, some in detail so that I would understand what was being done, why and what things to look for should there be any other issues. He came back a second time for what ended up being a minor thing; and then taught me how to prevent it. I plan to use this company again and keep them in my contacts as my go to. Most importantly, I am thankful for a company that is God centered.

Advanced appliances is a very professional and knowledgeable company. Jeremy was very courteous and punctual with schedule set and worked around my travel schedule. I recommend them to anyone that needs HVAC work or electrical a great company!

My technician was very helpful. He came in and fixed my AC with no problem, changed my batteries in my thermostat, and got the measurements for one of my filters and also advised me on which type of filter I should get with no hesitation or frustration. I highly recommend!

Great customer service from top to bottom. Everyone from appointment coordinator to technician is professional and courteous. Technician did a great job and my washer & dryer are working like new again.

Person was very friendly and we enjoyed his work! He was fast, it didnt take long to find out what was wrong. I would recommend this appliance company to anyone!
