The service technician didn't try to find a problem where there wasn't one. We needed to replace a battery in fire alarm. Piedmont Natural Gas had told us our oven was producing too much carbon monoxide and turned off the gas to the stove/oven. Advanced had a tech out in an hour. After checking it out. He confirmed there was no problem and turned the gas on.

Fast inspection because they take such good care of my heating system. Last year they saw some things that needed attention to help maintain my system. Always friendly and respectful when they come in my house.

I have used Advanced Appliances for over 20 years. Yesterday was the most positive experience I have had being their customer . Ed, the technician, was the most professional and personable ( a rare combination) of anyone who has provided service for me. He handled an unexpected repair for me while explaining and answering all my questions. I felt no concern when he completed the job.
