Rovshan is very nice. He is super prompt to come by within 2 hours of the work order, and provided excellent service! When I asked questions, he kindly explained to me how the process worked in order to bring appliance back to working state! And he also has a great sense of humor with a very positive mantra on life. It was a lovely visit with him!

I heard back from Rovshan within five minutes. He offered to talk on the phone to get more details, asked me to share photos of my stove gas line that needed a shut-off valve installed, and immediately came up with a reasonable offer. He was able to find a time slot on the same day schedule and showed up at my Mountain View home within 30 minutes. Rovshan was able to locate and shut off the main gas valve on the outside of my home for safety reasons and specified the parts I needed to purchase for the project. Since my project was fairly simple and easy (according to him), to save me money, he generously encouraged me to do the installation myself, giving me clear instructions including safety precautions, and waived any charges for his visit. I will definitely call him for future major projects and highly recommend hiring him for his professional expertise and generous personality.
