I attended the yoga retreat on Saturday and I’m still relaxed and smiling! It was restorative- energizing - and grounding. I met such lovely people who were all so down to earth and welcoming. Everything was just perfect and I can’t wait to go to more events!

Regina and Matt are awesome. They put together a terrific yoga retreat. The opera added so much and made the day extra special. Way to go ……..JOE
I am sooo glad my sister in law introduced me to the Darshana center. It is a place of peace . A center and community of calmness , inclusion and good vibes only feel . I just attended the spring renewal retreat at Camp De Wolfe with friends at a spring retreat Darshana community event. It was so rejuvenating refreshing and reflecting from positive messaging and the peace and love they teach with the wisdom of many different exciting experiences from yoga to ecstatic dance through breathing exercises and even opera and drumming I felt free and glowing . Thank you Regina and Matt and all the teachers and helpers and volunteers for putting this event together. I can hardly wait for the Beach yoga series. Love and Peace with Gratitude Tina H
I love Darshana! This yoga studio is so warm and welcoming to everyone. The studio is a peaceful escape from the stresses of daily life. The instructors are patient, allowing everyone to set their own pace. Highly recommend Darshana to anyone new or experienced with yoga!
I loved Puppy Yoga at the Darshana yoga studio. Everyone was so friendly and the puppies were adorable. The instructor is warm, inviting and fun. I will definitely be back. I would highly recommend this class. All money is donated to the dog rescue the puppies came from.
The Yoga Darshana Center is a community yoga center located in the heart of West Babylon and very simply put, it is an amazing place to study and practice yoga. Regina and Mat are very welcoming to all wishing to begin or expand their yoga practice. I am about to graduate from the 200hr yoga teacher training program and I cant say enough positives about the experience. The program was well organized and provided a well-rounded introduction to yoga practice including its history and its benefits. Regina not only taught the program but also introduced us to other instructors who brought their expertise to the class teachings as well. I was fortunate to be in a class with great women who shared a like minded passion for yoga practice. We became friends and its a little bittersweet thinking its almost over. Whether you never practiced yoga or your a seasoned practitioner, I'd strongly recommend you attend Darshana for classes and consider enrolling in the teacher training certification program. Many thanks to Regina, Mat, our teachers and my fellow classmates for an experience that will last a lifetime.
I worked as a fitness instructor when I was in college and had jobs in fitness centers before covid. I decided to come back to the industry by expanding my yoga practice and begin a 200 hr program to start teaching yoga to the community. This program is great because it offered weekend and night courses, perfect for anyone who works a full time day job. It included lessons with different styles of asana yoga along with lessons about history and philosophy. The studio offers so many different types of creative yoga classes and events like beach yoga or puppy yoga. This is a perfect studio for beginners since all the instructors include variations for postures people may find challenging. They truly exemplify the meaning of “yoga is for everybody”. The 200 hr program included a variety of knowledgeable instructors. It was a diverse community of advanced Iyengar yogis to gentle yin/trauma informed instructors. Some of the material was hybrid so expect some homework in the program. The program is stretched over a period of a few months so there is plenty of time for demo practice for a future instructor to gain confidence. In my opinion, it is a better learning style than just condensing it into 3-4 weeks and being sent off.
