Dr Mehta changed my life. My sciatica was completely down my right leg to my foot and partially down my left and I was in constant pain day and night. I’m now 77 years old and about 3 years since my surgery. I’m careful to ensure that I exercise in the pool and that I don’t lift over 10-15 pounds.
