I've been living here for a month now. First of all, I'd like to thank my rental consultant, Melissa. Because my English isn't very good, Melissa was very friendly and patient in helping me complete the rental procedures. In addition, the other staff in the office were also very helpful and gave me a lot of assistance. The maintenance staff also helped me solve problems very quickly. I've had a great time here. The environment is beautiful and the house is clean. I would like to thank the entire property team and all the staff again.

I have been living here for the past three years and recently renewed my lease. What this property offers goes above and beyond to ensure that its residents are well taken care of. The staff is always responsive to any questions or concerns, making the experience of living here truly enjoyable. The community is in a great location with easy access to everything needed for daily life, whether it's work, shopping, dining, or other conveniences. On top of that, the maintenance team is outstanding—they are always available when needed and consistently provide prompt, quality service. Brendon is the person the entire community turns to, and he is always there making sure things are done correctly and efficiently. The leasing team—Melissa, Jeanpiere, Portia, and Mark—are absolutely exceptional and consistently go above and beyond to help residents with anything they need. I truly enjoy being part of this community, and so does my dog, who receives so much love and attention from everyone on the team. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a welcoming, well-managed place to call home.
I love it here at the reserve all the staff is very helpfull. Juan Chavez helped with all my maintnance work orders he was very respectful and attentive with all the pending jobs. Thank you guys
