We are still in the process of getting our home fully set up but so far the experience has been great. …we initially made appointments at two other manufactured home places and did not have a good experience at all. We walked out of there feeling defeated and we were just going to head home. Derek had reached out to me a week before because I looked on their site. I text him and asked if we could stop by and he said absolutely! From the moment we sat down and talked with him I knew he cared and was a stand up guy. Jared also helped in the process and we feel the same about him. They asked what we needed in a home and made sure to stay in our budget. Derek has been communicative through the whole process and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We live in NM and so the process was a little different than Texas, but he made sure to get us answers when we needed them. We can’t wait until the house is fully complete and we can move in. Would highly recommend Texas Built Homes and Derek and Jared.
