I have been bringing my family members over to florida every year for many years Our last 3 visits we rented from Sea and Sun vacation rentals , we rented two 2 bedroom units at Royal mansions in cape Canaveral , this by far was the best and cleanest places we have rented. The beach was so close to our units , clean beach. Nice complex. We will go here next year.

We just love the Taft house at the beach. Been our home away from home at the beach for four years now and keep coming back. Location is great. Stop by Joanne’s for a fabulous breakfast, a 6 minute walk. Sun and Sea are very accommodating and will assist your every needs. Just don’t tell your friends or we’ll have to start reserving earlier lol!
Our stay at rhe Royal Mansions was absolutely wonderful! We have been coming to the Cocoa Beach/Capr Canaveral area for over 10 years and Robert at Sun and Sand has been do helpful. This was a last minute change as our reservations at our time share were messed up. Robert was able to pur us in a beautiful 2 bedroom unit. It is the nocest place we have ever stayed at since we have been visiting the area. We hated to leave!! Thank you Robert!!
399/401 Taft is an amazing option for a large group - 13 adults and three kids had plenty of room to spread out. House is clean and has all the essentials. Quick walk to a quiet beach out back, and a nice pool when you get tired of the sand. This was our second year here and we will definitely be back. Robert is always responsive and helpful.
