Starting with the staff here, they are always so friendly, professional, empathetic, and helpful. After years of suffering from severe atopic dermatitis, and seeing numerous doctors who would just prescribe medicines to mask symptoms, Dr. Rao helped me with his excellent knowledge, professionalism, attention, and positivity to overcome my condition and finally I'm now living my best life. I found out about him when I saw him speak at the Space Sciences Centre about the mental and physical difficulties of living with the ailment. He truly understands the challenges his patients face, and he helped me feel that life can be better.
