Ludimilla sold my house for 430k, originally l thought l would be lucky with 365k. She got me a buyer within a week of listing it, she did great photos with her photographer including aerial views of my house. She knows her market very well and all the other realtors in the area as well. We closed super fast, multiple offers, she helped me pick the best family.
