Wonderful company. On February 22, 2024 I requested information on window companies. On Friday the 23rd I started receiving phone calls from window sales reps. The first one was not pleasant. The second caller was okay. Then Ryan from Home Premier Home exterior called and I asked him how companies got my name and number. He responded That Angi's List notified them. He asked if I was interested in an estimate. I said no not at this time because I was having surgery on Monday the 26th. He apologized, wished me luck and he would never bother me again, he was sincere. Six weeks later I called him and asked if he remembered our conversation, he said yes but didn't remember my name which is understandable. I said it was time to get an estimate and we set an appointment. The estimators name was Len McGarvey. his attire, knowledge and professionalism were outstanding. I explained to him that the gentleman that called me was really nice and respectful. Len smiled and said, "nice to hear, he's my brother." We spoke and he showed samples made measurements, made suggestions, answered questions and gave estimate. I had 3 other estimates that were higher. Two of them told me I had to move furniture, take down blinds and curtains. I only have one extremity that functions normally. I called Len and told him of the situation. He said he had an appointment and would call back. He called back and told me, he and another employee Matt would come the day before and move the items for me. Matt works in-house and prepares orders, supplies, merchandise and other duties as assigned. Matt called and updated when the windows would arrive. Matt inforned me the windows arrived and scheduled and installation date. Day before Len and Matt arrived and the items. Then Bryan leadman of installers arrived around 9:30. He was nice and professional and put my blinds and drapes back uo. Len McGarvey came over doing the installation and the next day to see how job was done and if we were satisfied. Then Len hung our last set of blinds. I would hire Premier Home Exterior in a heartbeat. Thank you, Ryan, Matt, Brian and Len!
