My wife and I have been searching for the perfect travel trailer for about two months. We had been to Mastercraft's about a month ago and looked at some units but didn't see what we were looking for. We were in the area last Saturday and stopped in again and went into a camper they had just gotten in. My wife said that was the one.

We went back in and talked with Darrin, discussed some other small details regarding price and some other items we wanted to add on. My wife and I talked it over and went back in and made the purchase. We picked it up yesterday and are ready to go camping and enjoy our new home away from home.

We really enjoyed the interaction with all of the staff here. Darrin, Sherry and Bart were awesome. They were very courteous, easy going and friendly. No stress, no pressure and very knowledgeable. Thomas gave us our walk thru and told us about all of the features and how to operate everything. He too was courteous, friendly and professional.

If you are looking to buy a camper, this is the place to come! What an awesome staff here. It was a great experience. They treat you like family and are very down to earth while asking a million questions like we did.

Well now, aren't we glad we have these guys close by? Everyone here is terrific to deal with, professional, and they perform TOP NOTCH repairs and maintenance for any RV!! THEY also handle our annual inspection to maintain our Forever Warranty, which came with our RV, and they submit all the info for us; we don't have to do a thing! Now mind you, we didn't even buy our RV there; (they didn't have one big enough for our needs at the time.)..but it doesn't stop them from giving us 100% impeccable service. Fair, honest, and timely service-- what more could you ask for?? What a relief!!

First time using this location for service. Darrin and John were very good at keeping me informed before the camper was dropped off for service and as repairs were underway. Had some rodent issues from being stored at Ft Campbell Gate 7 lot and had to get parts from ordered from Amazon due to age of camper. Tom is an outstanding mechanic and totally feel he went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. I just picked it up today and not going to get to use it until next spring but feel 100% confident in his work. Glad I tried this location and now I have a dependable service center.

Would absolutely recommend Mastercraft RV and Hopkinsville to anybody that’s looking for a camper. Everybody there is very knowledgeable. They did not try to sell me something I did not need, but they sold me what would fit my vehicle and my camping style. Their sales staff knew exactly what they were doing, especially Austin. He walked us through the financing process and had everything done within an hour. The follow up after the sale was also outstanding. Any questions I had they responded to quickly. The walk around prep the was informative and showed us how everything worked and made sure that it was an enjoyable purchasing experience. Again, I would highly recommend this team if you need an RV!Mastercraft is the way to go and Austin is your salesman!

I was halfway through an 8000 mile trip and I started having issues with my electrical harness between my coach and tow vehicle. I called Mastercraft and they said bring it in and they’ll look at it. They diagnosed the problem and found a replacement part locally. I’ve not had any issues since. I greatly appreciate how quickly Mastercraft resolved my problem.

I’ve had my RV taken care of here twice, both times for parts that would have probably taken months to get elsewhere. Both times they were able to get the parts I needed in two weeks or less! Great sales staff and excellent service department!

Found a big problem on a unit upon pickup and they refused to let me take it until it was fixed. It was promptly fixed and tested! They offer you to fully test the unit when you pickup the unit.

After pickup, I took the unit back to have the hitch I bought with the RV to be adjusted. They took great care and had me out of there in no time. My truck/trailer now rides level and feels like a whole new truck!

When they open their new location I hope to upgrade to a fifth wheel with them!

We purchased my friend a camper here about 6months ago. Very helpful. And the owner himself just gives you a master key to look at any on the lot at your own time.
All the prices and specs clearly marked on the door of each camper.
Sold us what we needed and didnt push things on us we didn't.

Wonderful ppl! Ok it's Christmas Eve @ 11am I run out of propane, I call Southern States & a sweet lady answered & I proceeded 2 ask when they were closing & they had already closed so my option was 2 swap 2 my 20 gal tank but my adapter was gone & she advised me 2 call a RV center & given Mastercrafts name. Thank goodness they were open & had the adapter i needed so desperately! Super sweet & very knowledgeable about what I needed! Thank you very much 4 saving me from a Christmas nightmare & giving me faith in ppl that take pride in their employment & helping customers in crisis! Merry Christmas 🎅

We were traveling home in our RV toward St. Louis and broke down on 24. I called to see if they did repairs and if they could come tow us. They didn't tow but put me in touch with someone who could. Within an hour we were on a flatbed heading to Mastercraft. We arrived after they closed, but they had cleared an aisle so we could be dropped off safely. We went back in the morning after they had opened. My issue had already been diagnosed by their mobile tech and the repair was completed just a few hours after the part arrived the next day. Talk about going above and beyond the call of duty!!! I'm not sure I'll ever need anything in Hopkinsville, KY in the future, but it's a no brainer who to go see. Thank you all in the service department for your quick action that helped our family get safely off the highway, and a speedy repair to our RV.

This will not be a typical "they were great" review that does not help anyone make an informed choice about where to take an expensive piece of equipment that is a focal point for family relaxation, travel & possibly their home on wheels.

To give background, I was forced to choose a repair facility after being rear ended by a careless diesel pusher driver, & being very particular about my 5'er I interviewed several facilities within an hour of me. I felt confident in the conversation & expectations that I had with Renee & opted for Master Craft.

When they were ready for my rig, in what I felt was a very acceptable timeline (3 weeks) I dropped it off. The technicians started the job shortly thereafter and all told for body work & a full roof replacement was done efficiently. Renee & the service desk handled my questions & concerns quickly & addressed each issue or reached back to the insurance company to ensure I was satisfied.

In the end I opted to have some additional work done & the crew was able to research back to my extended warranty company to have the work covered. I felt that level of dedication to the customer was unprecedented & was truly an unexpected blessing.

Based on the quality of work from the original damage, then the way they cared for my unit with the follow on work prompted me to have some upgrades completed by them because I felt they were a service department that I could trust.

If you've read this far & surprised that I only gave 4 stars, it becasue I am truly just that particular. There's always room for improvement. :)

If you're looking for "they were great" or something simple, scroll on. This is a review to assist people in deciding where to take expensive & unique equipment. Also know that I am extremely picky about my rig.

After being involved in an accident I needed a facility to do body work to my 5'er. I immediately ruled out several "big name" places because anyone with an RV knows they're horrible. I called 5 semi-local facilities & got a good feel from Renee at Master Craft, so I went to meet her and talk through my needs and my expectations.

She was knowledgeable, professional and listened to what I wanted.

We agreed on a drop off date that was much quicker than I expected, about a month out. I dropped it & they got started soon after. Through the process Renee (& John W) kept me informed and brought options to the table working with the insurance company.

Master Craft completed the work in a manner that I was pleased with, and on a timeline that I felt was reasonable. Honestly, I don't think there is such a thing as fast in RV repair. Of note they did an exceptional job getting a repair done on my electrical system unrelated to the crash and ensuring that the extended warranty company was involved.

In the end I was happy enough to have some additional "nice to have" work done with them.

I would gladly recommend Master Craft's service team to anyone needing repairs/maintenance or service.

I’ve only shopped here for parts a couple of times so I would say my experience is rather limited. Overall it seems like a good small town dealer from what a couple of my friends who have bought have told me, and they’re prices were as good as they could find. For parts, their prices seem to match what I’ve seen elsewhere, unless you’re looking on Amazon. The showroom and parts floor seems rather small, but again it’s a small-town dealer. Your mileage may vary.
