Once again Doctor Karina Menali has performed her magic. She has given me the ability to get around without a cane. She has my vascular surgeon scratching his head. He does not have the ability to give me the circulation that she has been able to . She also has helped me with so many heart issues and such . She is a true healer that actually cares for her clients . She also has become a fantastic friend I can trust to say things too. She truly cares about us all.
