Jorge, our inspector, who happens to be the owner of JVC, did a great job of inspecting our new house thoroughly pointing out lots of minor defects and issues with doors, walls, floors, windows, etc. by placing blue tape on each. He did not find major issues after over an hour of looking and taking pictures, thank God! I received his detailed investigation report and information about home maintenance and warranties the next day with lots of pictures and descriptions of issues. I would recommend him to any home owner who needs assistance because of his many years of experience and knowledge.
