The crew that was putting in all of the posts to support the basement and garage we're excellent. We also had our porch raised with expanding foam and was done with care perfect. Would not hesitate to use iwp again.

The crew arrived Monday afternoon to in stall 6 steel piers under our huge front porch. After an overnight 1 inch rainfall, they managed to get all 6 piers installed the next day, in the mud. Impressive! The guys were great,
I worked with Thomas and Paul at IWP. They are top notch in knowledge, explaining the details of the job & the options; estimates were sent within hours. Having gotten more than one bid, IWP was priced within market or better. I would definitely recommend them.
Alex came out to house and gave a thorough check. He found where previous foundation company frauded us for work they said they completed but didn't. IWP came out. They were prompt , courteous, clean, explained what they were doing and then showed me pictures of what they had done. Im disappointed that more cracks should have disappeared but know foundation is well supported now.
All aspects of my transaction with IWP were satisfactory. The sales rep was punctual and polite, gave me an accurate bid for the work I requested and didn’t try to pressure me into additional services. A few days later the worker showed up on time and completed the job in a workman-like manner with great results. I’m sure this company does much larger jobs than mine but I feel like I got first class service for the money I spent and wouldn’t have any issues contacting them on larger projects. Office staff was outstanding also!

The process was very easy. I worked with Alex who came out in a really timely matter. He worked with everyone else to get a plan together to address my concerns. Everyone was great at explaining what/why of the work. Elzar rebuilt a retaining wall in the cellar, it looks really nice. He does great work. They even fixed the cellar door, patched an area beside the work and cleaned the cellar up before they left.

Nate, Phillip and Bryce did an excellent job, they were able to identify why water was leaking into our basement, for who knows how many years. Their knowledge of what should have been there and wasnt, was spot on and the attitude, professionalism and courtesy made them great to work with as they made recommendations for the needed repairs. The area that needed to be dug up looked better than before they started and all trash, plants, concrete was taken away at the completion of the work. Our foundation repair was a little tricky because we didnt want to tear up the concrete custom patio so they had to work inside a 4-5 tall crawlspace. Appreciate their ingenuity and good communication throughout the job.

IWP installed 6 helical piers under a sunroom at my house. They went above and beyond and had to do more hand digging in order to use their smaller excavator so they did not have to take down any of my fence (which is cemented in). I really appreciated that. The crew of 3 guys worked hard, were all so friendly and caring, and had great communication with me as to what they were doing when and took care to not damage other areas of the yard. Really enjoyed working with them. I can now shut the doors and windows with ease! Looking forward to having that room more sealed up this winter. I highly recommend them.

IWP repaired a foundation leak at my son's home. It started with Camden Roach who came to the house to evaluate the foundation issue and give us a bid. He was very nice and so helpful as to what was needed. The first day of the work, Brogen called as they were heading to the house, as well as other times during the job. The communication was just excellent. After completion, it was hard to tell that they had been there. The yard looked amazing and not like I had expected. I'm so impressed with this company and the people who work there!

When we discovered a crack in our garage wall, we knew we had a settling issue with our foundation. I called IWP, and Ronnie came out to discuss our issues and give us an estimate. After we accepted the bid, IWP contacted us very quickly to schedule the work. Quinn and his crew showed up promptly to install the piers and worked hard to complete that part of our project. Unfortunately we had to have our porch steps and sidewalk removed to do the pier work. However, IWP was able to accommodate us in replacing the concrete steps and sidewalk. J worked with us on a couple of changes we wanted to make to the porch steps and we are very pleased with the result. Over all our experience with IWP was excellent. They communicated VERY well with us through the entire process and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing foundation work. Additionally I was very happy to support a local small business! The basement wall in one of our rentals had a dangerous bow inward from years of neglect. Ronnie and Camden were professional and did what was right for me. It turned out the wall needed completely replaced and it looks great and was a very fair price. I did not think I would get the wall completely replaced without an extreme cost but they made it happen. Camden went over and above my expectations and they will be my first call for sure when I need foundation work again.

Several years ago, we called several foundation repair companies to give us a consult on a new home we wanted to buy. No one would give us the time of day except IWP...because there was no money in it! The advice from IWP was gold. Because of the consultation, we completed the purchase of our new home. IWP never got a cent from it. Several years later (this year), we decided to have IWP install an egress window in our basement. I never called anyone else. Several things stood out to me: 1. Quality of workmanship. The crew was very thoughtful about how they worked in and around my house. Multiple times, I caught them taking extra time to clean up or do a job the long way because it would render a better result. The egress window is beautiful and we're very pleased. 2. Friendly Service. Everyone I talked to in the office and on the work crew were not only helpful, but they were enjoyable to converse with! There were several occasions that we sat and chatted with work crew. They explained everything thoroughly, showed me my options, and were just pleasant all around.
