Great Staff
Shout out to Giovanni. Seriously, that dude helped me out so much when I came to visit hooky entertainment. When I first walked in the door I was confused about what this place was all about. Giovanni showed me around the place helping me with tickets and than getting me and my family set up for bowling. With bowling my family did not know how to do it so Giovanni went ahead and played a couple of round with us to show us how it is done. He is much more athletic than it seems. After that I was able to find him at the front to check me into my movie and tell me the process of ordering food and drinks. He even said he would run our drinks and food himself, sadly he didn't. It was an amazing movie and he was still at the front when we we're leaving to wish us a goodbye. Giovanni's excellence will be remembered by my family and we can not wait to come back to hooky entertainment.
Went with some friends to catch a movie, Meiko & Valerie provided exceptional customer service and was very pleasant in my encounter. I made a mistake with my food order and they accommodated me with no issue. Will definitely return.
