The staff are very professional, courteous and pleasant. It was easy to get an appointment and they worked with me to set an appointment that suited my schedule. The tests were scheduled promptly; I was explained the process and when the results will be available. The cardiologists are very patient, explained the reason for the procedure I had to undergo, my options. The procedure was scheduled promptly. The cardiologist explained the how and what will be done depending on what is found. My wife was provided a detailed summary of the process and results. The information was available on the portal for my review and records. I have scheduled follow ups appointments to monitor my treatment and progress. I am very happy with the professionalism and care that continues to be provided to me.
Heart and Vascular Group has the greatest team Ive met!! The nurses are attentive and kind, and the Doctors really care about their patients. I really feel at ease knowing that I have a great group taking care of me. Thanks for making sure I can spend more time with my family!!!
Dr. Vishwanatha Nadig and Dr. Michael Gen are very knowledgeable and skilled cardiologists. They provided me with great care during my pacemaker implantation just 3 days before Christmas. Wonderful staff! Dr Nadig listened to my symptoms and began testing and trying different medications immediately. So far all has been a positive experience.
The kindest front desk ladies and the nurse that did my vitals and such super sweet and spent time listening to me ramble on and on when she didnt have to. And the doctor....he was absolutely the sweetest, soft spoken, great bedside manners. I highly recommend this office. The office is also very clean and well kept. Ive never had to wait more than 20ish minutes for my appointment. Thank you for being a great office. Im not sure why these other people want to be nasty and write these reviews when I bet most of them are mad because THEY did something wrong not the doctors office! I know I sometimes get upset when things do not go my way either 😂.
