Great experience from beginning to end. I would highly recommend Dallinghaus Construction for foundation repair solution. I cannot commend them enough from start to finish, they did a through inspection of both my internal and external needs made a recommendation on the path forward and once the plans were approved their team was absolutely timely and professional. They cleaned up the property and made what had been a very stressful process stress free. From the salesman Ted who visited the job to ensure our satisfaction all the way to the workers snd supervisors Thomas ,Mark, Sergio, David, Steven and Treven who did a phenomenally clean job on the pier installation and stem wall. On top of everything they were cheaper than their competitors. I am so thankful and grateful to the entire team and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Submitted a request online for a foundation repair estimate late in the day on April 2nd. Got a reply the very next morning. Was able to get scheduled in on April 9th. Ted called up a couple days before my appointment to verify some things, and arrived right on time the day of the estimate. Hes highly knowledgeable and was very professional about the process, making sure any questions I had were answered. Superb customer service all around, and excellent responsiveness!

Very honest and thorough assessment of the situation. I called him out because I started seeing multiple cracks in my ceilings. After he assessed the situation, he assured me that it was not my foundation at this time, but the house settling. If I ever had an issue, I would definitely call him back because I appreciate someone being honest and taking the time rather than trying to lie just to sell me something. he came out almost 2 months ago, but left an impression which is why I came back to write a review

We were very impressed with the quick response. Ted came to the house and did a thorough inspection of the foundation and possible explanation for the settling cracks. He was able to do a detailed floor plan including the slope of the slab. Very impressive!

Ted put in a lot of time checking to see if our was level and when he got done with his work he told us what was wrong. He was amazing he said all we needed was for some minor adjustments to the jacks under our mobile home and he didnt try to sell us something we didnt need. I have a lot of respect for someone like him because you dont find that kind of customer service anymore...so rare. I would highly recommend this company...and ask for Ted to do the estimate!😊

From start to finish, our experience with Dalinghaus was excellent. Ted called prior to a site visit to discuss the problems and/or concerns we had with the foundation of an older home we had recently purchased. He was professional, listened, and arrived on time when he came out later to take measurements and make recommendations. Overall experience from start to finish was excellent. Booked online, quickly received confirmation and call to book a date. Got a text confirmation, reminder, and Ted called a few days ahead to discuss what was going on and confirm day, time, and directions. Ted showed up on time and was very courteous and professional, ran a scan and reviewed everything with me. While we had no issues, the visit was free and he left me with all the scan details and told me what to watch for. I would definitely recommend Dalinghaus to friends and family.

Very pleased with the service I received from Ted at Dalinghaus. Ted came out and did an inside and outside inspection of my foundation and provided me with the information I needed to know about each process he was using for every step of the way. Furthermore, through Teds honest workmanship, he and Dalinghaus has gained my trust and business for any future services I may need for my foundation. Lucky for me, my foundation was in good shape, but Ted told me what to look out for over time.

I would highly recommend their services.

Great experience! I had Ted come out and survey everything and see what needed to be addressed on my property. He did so great both indoors and out to take care of our family and home. He was great with the dogs and kids also! Then Justin and Josh came out to complete the repairs we talked about. They were prompt, professional, and courteous. They also did great with the dogs and kids. They worked very well, and left the property better! I was impressed that when I asked if I needed to move the rock top dressing I was told no. They removed the top dressing to access the repair area, did all the work, put it all back and cleaned up after the repair! They did a great job!

Ted Ballinger was there earlier than appointment time by 10 minutes. He had already started working on the exterior by the time I arrived home from my office. He listened to everything, he drew a diagram of the interior rooms/walls. Then he worked with a piece of equipment that indicated the level of the house showing some settling issues. Very sharp! Very respectful, calm and thorough!
