I wasn’t sure about booking due to the fact that this place has all 5 stars and that seemed sketchy to me …but I’m glad I did ! When I arrived I was welcomed graciously and offered to view a room before booking. The hotel was just renovated and it’s very clean !!! I felt safe and comfortable the entire stay. I will be booking every time I come to Springfield. You cannot beat the price and the quality !
