The person that cleaned our carpet was very nice, friendly and very professional. He showed me and my husband what the bill would be before he started and asked if we had any questions. We would definitely use Browns Floor Care And Restoration again.

My wife was remodeling our bathrooms, but the floors were a little too much to handle. I called Browns and they came out the next day for an estimate. The price was fair and they did great work. Will use their services again!

We contacted Browns because we needed to gut and redo our bathroom, because of mold. When they got here, we started talking about other things that we needed to do, so they ended up remodeling most of our upstairs. Josh and John were like "we do that", so what became one jobs became our whole project. John, Josh and Emily. Did an awesome job. We were able to contact them via, phone, email, and texting. They were friendly, informative and professional. Their employees, Matt, Ron and others were kind and courteous. Their Subcontractors (Electrician, plumbers, painter, flooring people) were friendly and very good at their jobs.
The reason why I did not give them a 5 (personal thing) is because some of their people smoked too close to the house and it drifted into the house.
