I was more than pleased with my experience with Kyle Anderson as my realtor. He always communicated on the status and process of where we were in the selling of my property especially since I was in another state. Kyle went beyond on what I considered the normal duties of a realtor, verifying items from the inspection report that the buyer was wanting to be repaired/replaced. He made several trips to my home to check on utilities when I questioned the increase in my bill. I would highly recommend Kyle and would not hesitate to work with him and his team again in the future.

We requested quotes from OfferPad, Open Door, and Doug Hopkins. Doug was within a few thousand dollars of the other two. However, both OfferPad and Open door had a longer process and changed their quotes within days of their first quote, prior to inspections. We lost confidence in OfferPad and Open Door and went with Doug. We settled the details in one day and closed two weeks later with no surprises.
