There were no extra inspections where they could, “find something they missed in the first walkthrough,” and lower the price. They also didn’t require me to go through all the trouble of cleanup from my father’s house that was left in disarray. When I first called the Hopkins team (Due to his involvement with the KUPD crew) I was looking for a cash offer. When Kyle Anderson walked in, my initial reaction was "wow, he is young.
