Everything this company said, they did. The offer for my home was made on the spot when the realtor came to my house. He was professional and friendly. I did expect a higher offer for my home but I know there were a lot of things that needed to be updated, and they do need to make a profit. Overall I would recommend the Doug Hopkins group to sell your home if you don't want to go through the hassles of updating and multiple showings.
