I have been using WhataHotel for over 10 years. It's hands down one of the best places to book high end, luxury travel and get deals that are just not offered anywhere else. Whatahotel.com has helped us book many vacations and always makes the booking process extremely easy and pleasant. They have always been super helpful and always provide exclusive complimentary perks that can only be found via whatahotel.com. The last trip we booked with them was to the amazing Andaz Mayakoba Riviera Maya Resort. The resort staff went out of their way to be extra accommodating and gracious throughout the duration of our stay.

I did not know about whatahotel until I was reading a review about my chosen hotel and the name was mentioned.I went to the website and saw excellent rates with many extras.I needed club rooms that I could not get on the hotel website or their reservation desk and whatahotel was able to get me 2 club level rooms at the Ritz Carlton in New Orleans. The rate was not higher and the free breakfast and hotel credit with upgrades and early check in and out made the difference for me.Richie from their customer service was helpful and awesome to deal with and he followed up.I will be using this company from now on for every booking I need.Ask for Richie.

I have used WhataHotel for years, and it amazes me that more people don't book their hotel through their website. You pay the same price as you would pay on the hotel's web site, except you get a bunch of great perks, like free breakfast, free room upgrade, early check-in or late check-out and a $100 amenity credit, usually for either the spa or for the restaurant. It's similar to the deal that Amex Platinum offers, but there is a wider variety of hotels. They've never let me down!

Richie Massa at What a Hotel is THE BEST. His responses to my (very many and very detailed (read: annoying!) emails) are always so prompt and kind. We’ve been booking hotels over the world through Whatahotel for many years, they are just the best luxury travel agent . Most important perk that you get only if you book with them is that you get the best rate plus complimentary breakfast ( for many luxury hotels, including Four Seasons, The Peninsula etc); they also offer around 100$ credit for food/spa and sometimes upgrades ( depending on availability).

We have been using WhataHotel to book vacations for about five years and it has really upgraded our vacation experiences! We love the complimentary breakfast for two, resort credits, spa credits and upgrades. I originally read about the company on Trip Advisor and was a bit skeptical. The first time we used WhataHotel was to book a trip to Four Seasons Maui and were amazed at the perks, we were also able to get an AMAZING (several categories above our original booking) complimentary upgrade. Since our first booking, we have received many upgrades and many perks by using WhataHotel to book our travel. Upgrades are not always available, but more often than not we have been able to get an upgraded room! I highly recommend WhataHotel for hotel reservations.
