Richie was incredy thorough and so so helpful with our fairly complex itinerary through London, Ireland and Spain. He was able to use his contacts to get us a final night at a very popular and nearly sold-out hotel in Seville and was very communicative throughout the process. We haven’t traveled yet, but I’m sure everything will go smoothly. I’ve used Whatahotel in the past for stays in Hawaii and Prague with excellent results. Highly recommend! Thank you, Richie!

It's a funny name for a travel agency but its a name that you will and should remember. The business will offer rates that are the same or better than the hotel website rates but you will get extras, like free breakfast for 2, spa or food and beverage credits ($50 or $100), upgrades and sometimes welcome amenities like a fruit basket, a bottle of wine or baked treats. I once booked with an online travel company, you know the ones - they promise lower rates. Well, upon checking in, I got the distinct impression that the front desk was not impressed and I had the sinking feeling that that is why I was given the worst room in the hotel. With Whatahotel! I get the exact opposite feeling. The front desk is happy to see me and seem glad to show me the extra amenities that I will be enjoying during my stay. There is no catch, your rate and cancellation terms are the same as with the hotel. I've been using the travel agency for years and I've referred many of my friends to Richie Massa with WhataHotel! Everyone of these friends has been very happy and thankful for the recommendation.
