I have used this company exclusively for years, Richie Massa has saved me tons of money with the normal perks offered such as upgraded rooms upon availability, dining credits, daily breakfasts, spa credits and more! I would like to check all of the above categories, but I have to choose one. But, please note, What a Hotel is professional, has only very high quality hotels and is always mindful of one’s desires and needs. It is a wonderful agency. What a hotel is the best agency I have ever come across. I usually research and book hotels myself, but when I want a high level hotel I always turn to What A Hotel. They get the best prices and include wonderful perks. I highly recommend them. Just had a wonderful trip to Colmar, France at a hotel they booked for us and, as always, it was fabulous.

I have utilized WhataHotel! for probably about 15 years, for all of my luxury hotel stays. In today’s world where it’s just as easy to book at a hotel’s website, there is nothing more valuable than a travel agent. On my most recent stay at a Ritz-Carlton, I was able to book a cheaper rate with WAH than with the hotel directly. We also received a double upgrade to a full one bedroom suite, a $100 amenity credit, a welcome amenity of house made chocolates, a daily breakfast credit of $60, and a guaranteed 4pm check-out. These amenities were more than I’d receive with my Bonvoy elite status. Plus, I still received all basic and elite Bonvoy points for this reservation. I currently have two future reservations with WhataHotel! and will continue to use them for all of my luxury hotel needs.

Booked four seasons Las Vegas. Free room upgrade, breakfast included and $100 resort credit. Most amazing perk received an email a few days before to say the price has dropped $160 and I didn’t have to lift a finger for the cheaper rate.

We booked a stay at the Four Seasons Punta Mita and a Mariott Cancun with whatahotel, and they saved us SO MUCH money. We were treated like royalty at the FS as they recognized us as booking through their preferred partners program. Room upgrade was fantastic, as we received several welcome amenities such as champagne and snacks! We also received complimentary breakfast at each hotel (which at FS is 150/day for 2 people) as well as resort credits to be used as we pleased for the same room rate as we would have got booking direct. WhataHotel is WhataFind! I am a Hyatt Globalist so love my late checkout and breakfast but wanted to stay at the Four Seasons that doesn't have a loyalty program. I found a Four Seasons Preferred Partner in WhataHotel online and after reading a few reviews to make sure it was legit, took a chance and joined and booked the Four Seasons Westlake Village the same night online with the special package 3rd night free rate the Four Seasons advertised. But with WhathHotel, received $100 credit, free breakfast and late checkout. It worked flawlessly and the Four Seasons was very nice about it. It was such a good experience I signed my spouse up as he travels quite a bit for work but doesn't have a "set" hotel or my perks and booked him a Hyatt in LA. He said they were super nice at check-in and thanked him for being a preferred partner, offered him a tequila flight and he is enjoying his stay. I would definitely recommend WhathHotel! We received free breakfast everyday of our stay and $100 hotel credit for food or spa services. We were able to order breakfast from the menu in the hotel restaurant. Not a continental breakfast. The hotel removed the breakfasts and the $100 credit from our total bill. It was a wonderful bonus to our stay!

Just returned from a bucket list trip to Alaska arranged by the BEST travel agent! A group of us used planes, trains and buses to travel to Denali National Park to witness grizzlies, Dal sheep, moose, caribou, eagles and the awesome Denali Peaks. We then traveled by Regent Seven Seas through the Inner Passage to whale watch, glacier witness and crab consume! We can't say enough good things about this experience! I’ve used Whatahotel multiple times and can highly recommend them for the additional perks. On a recent Four Seasons’ Baku Preferred Partner reservation I received free breakfast, a $100 room credit and a double upgrade (one on booking and one on arrival) all for the same amount i would have paid without any of that had I booked direct. There are still lots of reasons to use a good travel agent. I find the website easy to use, transparent about pricing etc and they’re very resonsive by email.

I use WhataHotel every time I'm looking for a luxurious getaway, whether it be a 2-week vacation or even a weekend staycation. Their perks are unmatched. We just got back from a mini babymoon at the Four Seasons in Austin, and their partnership with the hotel allowed us to get a room upgrade, daily breakfast credit for two, and a $100 hotel credit. We always have a personalized letter waiting for us when we arrive, and this time they even gave us a gift to congratulate us on our babymoon. It really made our visit so special. Booking our Hyatt Centric 10-day hotel stay was an excellent, very personal experience. By booking through WhataHotel we were offered the following perks: $25 USD Property Credit Room Upgrade Daily Breakfast for Two Welcome Amenity Free Wifi The breakfast perk saved us $40-$50 per day! We were able to get a couple of beverages each day at the pool with the $25 credit. Welcome amenity was a glass of champagne. Room upgrade was not available. Free wi-fi was unsecured and annoyingly needed to be re-requested every 24 hours.
