DGD is a wonderful company when I initially called them to fix my Garage Door they came to date at the time that they said they would and they come once a year to do maintenance which is all part of the service. Everybody is so friendly if I have a question to answer it right away, I would recommend this company to anybody who is doing their garage. Thank you very much.

We recently replaced three of our 35-year-old garage doors with new hurricane-rated doors and upgraded from a dual spring system to a single spring mechanism. After interviewing several companies, we chose Dukes Garage Door. They were not the least expensive option, but they clearly use high-quality products. The consultant who initially met with us was extremely knowledgeable and has many years of experience in the industry. His expertise and professionalism were a major factor in our decision. Because our garage required oversized doors, we experienced a few installation glitches. However, the company stood behind their work, addressed every issue promptly, and made everything right. In the end, we are extremely happy with the final results and would confidently recommend them.

I installed my opener last year, they realy stand behind their product and labor. I had a minor issue with my opener and they came the same day. Ray is my technician, he is trustworthy, super nice and informative. I highly recommend DGD and specially Ray. Make sure to ask for him. You won't be disappointed.

The DGD team was amazing. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Their team was focused more on repairing what we had than trying to just sell us a new door unlike other companies we consulted with. The technician and installers were very professional and efficient in the initial diagnosis which led to the installation of the new garage door. Our door was damaged during Hurricane Helene. The installers were very good and moved like a well oil machine. I was quoted 2 types of garage doors and chose a name I was familiar with which was more expensive. I was told it would be 3 weeks until that model door would arrive. I was ok with that. I received a call the following day saying that they wanted to schedule my installation. I agreed. However, after the installation was complete and clean up was done I noticed that the door was from another manufacturer. I called the office and was told that both doors cost the same and that was the one they had in stock. I stated that I was presented 2 prices and the one installed was the less expensive. A review of my quotes was done, and I was refunded the difference.

Called at Noon for a broken spring on 2 car garage. Bryon arrive by 2pm and by 4pm the door was fixed. Prompt, courteous service.

Extremely pleased with the thoroughness of Matt Rivera (service technician) assessing both of our garage doors. Prior to moving forward with DGD, we had issues operating our MVP Allstar door openers. We elected to replace the springs, hinges, and switch to the Genie belt drive units... (can't beat the quietness we achieved)! We found DGD's proposal very fair....and with Matt's efficiency, both doors were converted over the same morning! (As well as Matt aligned our car and the outside remote with both units). Highly recommend DGD!!!!

One of my garage door springs broke late in the day. I called DGD for Assistance, and George arrived at 8:30 that evening and installed new springs, garage door opener, etc. I was ecstatic with the results. And the price was quite reasonable.George was very pleasant to work with. And I love how quiet my garage door is now!

One phone call was all it took. At 4:45 one afternoon, a spring above the door snapped in two, with our car trapped inside the garage. We made the call, and by 8:30 that same evening the spring was replaced along with new rollers and other maintenance done. The door operates so very quietly now! Highly recommend!

Bryan was sent to my home to replace 2 garage door openers. I have sold my home and wanted the new owners to have reliable openers. Not only was Bryan on time but he was personable, polite and knowledgeable. He programmed the new remotes and did a lovely maintenance check up on the door itself. She is as quiet as a mouse now! This is the third time I have used DGD and while they never disappoint, Bryan was by far the most impressive technician. Total rock star performance! Highly recommend.

The service tech was even early and sent text telling me when he would arrive. They did an excellent job and worked and cleaned up all packing materials and disposed of them. Enjoyed reading about the technician's credentials and family. Very pleasant young man. He is four star **** service tech.

I called mid-morning to schedule service and was told a Tech could come same day, in the afternoon. Once Mike was here he reviewed the situation and offered several options. We made our decisions and he went to work. Mike answered my multitude of questions as he worked. We love our quiet garage door !

door spring burst about 5pm, called DGD and they came that same night and fixed the problem plus installed 2 new motors, new tracks, remotes for car, garage and keypad. Could have just had the spring fixed, but for another reasonable cost we got all the above, so took it. George arrived at 8:40pm and left at a little after 11pm. Thank you George and DGD lady who assisted.
