We had scheduled a furance tune up. Was told they could be here in about two weeks. The furance started making noises. So called again and Cole was out the next day. He discovered a new fan was needed and he would have to order one to be overnighted. When it arrived he was here they next day. He explained everything he was doing and got it running. Tyler and his helper came out to fix one of our two heater/heat pump units. We had repairs done for a water leak/ mold behind our heaters. When their subs re installed our main furnace they failed to re install wiring from thermostat to unit correctly. Tyler was able to trace down the issue and I gladly paid for him to re connect wiring in proper sequence. Awesome customer service!🤩

I had a valve leaking under my kitchen sink and needed help asap. Express got me scheduled and sent a technician out the same day, which was greatly appreciated. The technician arrived right on time and the issue was evaluated. I was presented with several options to resolve the problem that included proactive work to replace the second valve proactively as they are both the same age. I have been blessed to have family members repair things for me in the past so the proactive prices were more than I could consider financially at this time. I chose the option to only repair the immediate leak and the work was done quickly and well. A new valve was installed and the immediate leak was fully resolved. The technician was very friendly and the valve repaired. Fully appreciated the work as water damage can be devastating if not fixed quickly!

I scheduled an appointment when a sudden leak happened at my house, causing me to have to turn off the water that night until a plumber could come fix it. The appointment for Express Plumbing Heating & Air was quickly confirmed and I also got a text and a call the next day when Tyler was on the way to my house. He did a thorough inspection to understand where and what the source of the problem was. I was presented with some quotes for pipe replacement due to the age and material of the existing pipes, all of which were quite costly and not something I was ready to make a decision on. The quote for the fix required to stop the leak seemed fair and I authorized the work. Tyler got started right away and had it done in no time. I appreciated how informative he was and not pushy at all. When I am ready to complete more extensive work on the pipes, I will keep this company in mind.

The kitchen sink in my 1967 home was not draining despite my best efforts to unclog it so I called Express Plumbing. Dylan came out less than an hour later and took on the task of finding the cause, which included a fierce battle with a drain snake. Ultimately, my aging galvanized piping was found to be hopelessly corroded and required new piping. This meant going into the scary crawl space. Dylan came out the next morning and set to work sawing out the old pipe under the sink and 30 feet of piping under the house. Later Simon and Eric from Express came to help install the new, squeaky clean piping. I am happy to report water is flowing better than I can remember. Hoorah!!! Good work Express Plumbing Team! Thanks especially to Dylan for not giving up and effecting the solution.
