Had my furnace go out and didn’t find out about it until 7pm. Called totally expecting to get scheduled for the next day and planned on just dealing with a freezing house. Got a hold of Express and they immediately got online with one of their technicians Cole and had him out to the house by 8pm. Cole was amazing, very knowledgeable, courteous, and fast in diagnosing. He explained everything in great detail and even though we couldn’t get the part to fix it until the next day he was able to leave multiple space heaters which helped immensely. He came back the next morning and it was all fixed by 9am. I cannot recommend Express highly enough and a big part of that is their great technician Cole. Thank you!

Called at 5pm on a Friday and had Kevin at my door at 5:45. So fast! I had a toilet clogged that I was unable to unclog on my own. When I was given the estimate for him to unclog it, it was a bit outside of what I could afford. Kevin made a call and was able to accommodate my budget. He was so nice and respectful. I will be using Express for future issues.

Woke up Dec. 30th to a cold house and needed to find someone to address it soon. Called Express Plumbing Heating and Air and was greeted by a very nice person who scheduled my service call that afternoon. Shout out to Simon who arrived on time and diagnosed the problem . He was able to get it running (aahhh, warmth !) but found a faulty part he needed to order. I was quoted a fair price and a promise to have the installation done the next morning. Derek arrived the next morning - a holiday- and had it fixed within an hour. The quote was the final bill and Im warm and happy. Professional, fast and honest . I recommend them.

Ricardo was fantastic. He scoped our septic system, quickly identified the blockage, and thoroughly cleaned and flushed the piping. He was incredibly knowledgeable, detailed, and communicated clearly with both me and my husband. He went above and beyond to fix the issue the right way and made sure we knew how to care for the system going forward. Highly recommend!

Simon, Tyler, Mason, and Ricky worked so hard re-piping our house and installing a new water heater. These guys were very kind, considerate of our property and very trustworthy. Today Derek came out first thing in the morning to flush our hot water heater, check the furnace and check the plumbing. He taught me how to replace the furnace filter and how to replace the water filter. He was very knowledgeable and patient. He also found a dead snake in our duct and was kind enough to remove it. I have used Express Plumbing Heating and Air for years. There is no reason for me to look elsewhere for any of those needs. Ive always received excellent service!

Dylan is the definition of a trained professional. He was knowledgeable had excellent communication and was very courteous. He had my problem fixed in under an hour. Didnt leave any mess and wore booties in the house even! I would highly recommend and would use them again in a heartbeat.
