Our water heater started leaking. Iesha answered my call for Express plumbing heating & air. She was amazing. She had a positive, kind and trustworthy personality. Luke Kenrick was dispatched promptly. Within an hour he arrived at our house diagnosed the problem and arrived at a plan. He communicated with us every step of the way. He came back the next day on time to replace and move the new water heater to the basement. Together Luke, David Rangel and Jake finished the job. Express was a huge help for us when we discovered wet and moldy drywall in the corner of a closet that we rarely use. We called at 4 PM and they were able to send someone out early the next morning. More importantly, he took the time to educate us on how we can continue taking care of our home moving forward, which we really appreciated. Since we live in a two year old home, it was honestly pretty shocking and stressful for us to need to call a plumber in the first place. But Luke immediately put all of our fears at ease. Updated with new post February 2026: Used Express Plumbing again. Jake was my technician. He was exceptionally polite and responsive. He clearly explained what his approach to the situation would be, and kept me updated on the various tasks he was performing as he went about the job. He also arrangements for me to receive a quote on a water softner system, that same morning. Another technician (a supervisor) came out and inspected my set-up and provided me with a very carefully thought out plan on how we might accomplish that job (in my case, more complex than normal because of the way my older home is designed). I am so sorry but I do not recall his name, but he was an experienced professional who conducted himself with poise and confidence (lol NOT arrogance, as so many masters in their trade do). You pay a higher price than the guy in a pick-up truck option, but the caliber of employee, and level of service, is vastly superior from almost any other contractor(s) I have used for other jobs over the years. Original post: I have used Express Plumbing numerous times in the past few years, each time for something different. Each time the service technician was well informed, well groomed, neat and clean in the work area, and competent. Todd M. was dispatched for my last call to replace a kitchen sink faucet, trouble shooting a dishwasher drainage issue, and repair or replace the garbage disposal. He was all of the above and did a terrific job. Todd was particularly patient ensuring that I understood the issues, the pricing options, and other related issues. Any company would be justifiably proud to have this level of employee on their team. The call center team has also without exception been remarkablely friendly, knowledgeable and attentive in every regard. Be aware, Express Plumbing seems to be more expensive than independent small businesses, but if you dont have time or knowledge on how to vet a plumber prior to the service being rendered (emergency or you cant wait all day, next week, for one of the others to maybe show up etc,), Express Plumbing is your best hassle free bet! That level of professionalism and consistency costs something to maintain, and that they do! Highly recommended.
