My repairman, Jake, addressed a problem a previous plumber didn’t want to be bothered with. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had it repaired within a convenient amount of time. He was thorough, conscientious, likable, and even neat. No mess left behind. A great job.

Cole and Simon explained every step in detail and the benefits in the upgrades and repairs. This kind of in personalized service is hard to find. Instalation was ok. Took along time I was happy till I looked up the therostat that they sold me for $550.00 I could have purchase the same Ecobee thermostat for $250 or less.

I've had plumbers look at my system before, but Express Plumbing topped them all! My water heater was flushed, all my valves were checked, my water pressure and hardness were tested. Ricardo gave me a clear report to go forward with and some recommendations to keep things sound for the future. Yay, Express!

We called Express because our pump wasn’t working. Jacob came right out. At first we had a rocky start to getting the problem resolved, however, he really shined through and got the issue resolved. Jacob and James were amazing at getting the work done. They were professional and friendly and made the whole experience awesome! Their customer service is awesome! Kylie works in the office and she is always a pleasure to talk to and she gets all of the info correct!
