We had an iceskating incident day one of our long anticipated trip to NYC! This company was super helpful and got us a wheelchair arranged right away, helped us navigate Ubers with a wheelchair, and was able to pick up the wheelchair from our hotel from us to make things even easier. We are grateful they made things so seamless and easy. Thank you.

I was extremely happy with their service. My first time to NYC and following a foot surgery. The mobile scooter was the perfect solution and Alex gave me a coupke of great tips for getting arond the city including a broadway show, a tv audience visit, several retaurants, the 911 memorial and more. Ubers and buses accomodated the scooter and we even took the subway to the World Trade Center. Very pleased!!

I was able to get the wheel chair in virtually minutes by picking it up, only a few blocks from my hotel. The manager by-passed all the paperwork when he realized I was in a hurry to get to our 9/11 Memorial tour. Great service. Got a brand new wheel chair still in the wrapper!

1st time to rent a scooter. It arrived on time, however it stopped working on their way there. They apologized and said they would return within the hour with a working scooter. They did return in that hour and brought a brand new scooter. It worked great during our stay and was very useful to my mobility challenged partner. We will definitely rent from them on future visits to NYC

The nice man who I dealt with made getting a wheelchair simple. I had made other arrangements with the hotel, but they fell through. Even though it was late afternoon, I could pick up the wheelchair and leave the chair with the hotel’s front desk when we left.

Pick up at JFK was a little confusing. We had requested inside pick up as my husband and I were in wheelchairs. With all construction driver said he was not able to park to come and get us. The wheelchair attendants pushed us outside to meet him and we were told the fee for indoor pickup was being waived. Driver was polite and car was clean and smelled fresh. Return trip to JFK from hotel was on time but driver did not seem inclined to help assist putting luggage in back of his car. He did not speak one word the entire trip and although the car was clean it had an odor. All in all I would highly recommend this company and will use it for any future trips to NYC.

This place was great. Filled in a request for a wheelchair rental online. The wheelchair was waiting at our hotel when we arrived. I left the chair with the concierge when we departed. They charged my card, and the whole experience couldn’t have been easier. Best, most efficient service I’ve ever experienced. Will definitely use them whenever we visit the city.

Big Apple Mobility was simply fabulous! I rented a wheelchair for my mother for our stay in New York City. The wheel chair was delivered before we arrived and was with the hotel concierge. On departure I left it with the hotel concierge for it to be picked up. It was seamless smooth service. Quality of the wheel chair was wonderful. I had ordered a light one which was easy to wheel around the city.This is my first time renting a wheelchair and I was a bit skeptical, but going forward will do with peace of mind knowing Big Apple Mobility is a very professional company! Thank you!

Wheelchair was delivered the day before our arrival tho without my name attached to the chair...alittle confusion was had by the bell captains desk however after calling in they informed me of the afore mentioned and all worked out fine.( they only had 1 wheelchair in the back...which was mine)

One of the best retail experiences in years. I received callbacks when needed almost immediately if they were unable to pick up. And they almost always picked up. They were thorough in explaining how the mobility cart worked. When I had a question later, I called them and they were able to answer it within about five seconds. The people are exceedingly nice to work with, in particular I worked with Alex. I cannot strongly enough recommend this business.

My son has a metal prosthesis and needed a scooter to tour the big apple. Saw the wheelchairs/scooters from the sidewalk and went in to inquire. Thankfully they had one available which made our trip more enjoyable and comfortable for my son. The guys there are so super friendly and accommodating I gave them 5 stars. I am so thankful for Big Apple Mobility really showing up and helping make my trip to New York a success. The scooter was fully charged and in tip top shape, waiting for me at the hotel where I was staying. The battery level on the Pride Victory, 3 Wheeler was fantastic! I rode that scooter all over Manhattan and Brooklyn, using mass transit, or just riding, many times on a single overnight charge. The Green status bar seldom moved! Keep in mind, 3 Wheeler usage is best reserved for those who understand limitations and are already comfortable using a 3 Wheeler in busy downtown environment. Some of the sidewalks can be steep. When travelling to New York next, I will definitely be procuring my next rental scooter from big Apple scooter. Big Apple Mobility is awesome!!!!
