Easy seamless rental process! Scooter delivered to and picked up from our hotel, worked great, allowed older folks to keep up with the group and maintain their independence even in wet, snowy NYC weather. Wish this service was available everywhere we travel!

I called last minute for a scooter rental due to having a broken ankle bone. They delivered to the hotel in less than 3 hours. I wanted the pick up time to be around 4 however they closed at 2:00. They were flexible with the pick up time to accommodate my needs. Hopefully, I will not need a scooter again but I highly recommend them.

We rented an electric cart while in New York City. The cart was delivered to our hotel as requested. It was in excellent condition. At the end of our trip the cart was picked up at the hotel. So easy!! We will definitely rent again. Thank you for such great service!

Was so relieved as person in our party needed wheelchair while we were in NYC. Week before our trip physician made her non-weight bearing for a month and crutches were near to impossible in the city to do most what we had planned. I ordered wheelchair right before takeoff and was at hotel 10min after our arrival. Had a phone call making certain of the type of chair and length of rental and was told to simply leave at front desk upon checkout. Wheelchair was also in good shape and we were lucky to have it. Feel pricing was pretty reasonable as well. Loved the auctioneer service and dependability! Would recommend if you are ever in need of assistance.

Big Apple Mobility is an exceptional company for mobility equipment! While waiting for my insurance to approve a wheelchair—a process that took forever—I needed one urgently to take my son to his doctor’s appointments. A quick Google search led me to Big Apple Mobility, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The person who answered my call (unfortunately, I don’t remember their name) was incredibly kind and helpful. Although the company doesn’t handle personal deliveries, they went above and beyond to assist me in arranging an Uber delivery. Their prices are reasonable, and their service is truly outstanding.
