GoogleGreat service. Great scooter. I am 84 years old and had no experience with a scooter. I got it to attend Columbia University commencement. It was a dream. Very easy to use. Tough and sturdy. Great stability. I plan to buy one in coming days. Highly recommend the scooter and this rental company.

GoogleMy only complaint was I couldn't reach you after hours and tried but was unsuccessful in ordering on line. That said, the delivery and p/u was great. The scooter was just perfect for my needs and allowed me to see a lot more than I would have with my painful leg. The scooter held a charge ALL day without losing one green light. My husband cannot walk/stand and is in his own Pride Go and we had to recharge his chair at restaurants, and theatres. The scooter also allowed him to transfer to it while his chair was plugged in. Thank you so much.

When I called at 1:00 pm on a Saturday and asked questions, all your answers were yes and you had it delivered to me by 2:15. You have not only fast service but great service.
