GoogleAlex was very helpful, courteous and professional. It would have been 4 stars if he would have delivered the scooter just a little bit up the street. I am handicapped and I had a hard time getting to your location and it was not marked on the outside of the building whatsoever identifying it as “Big Apple Mobility”.

Alex was prompt with responding to questions I had with regards to the scooter, and when I needed to extend the use of the scooter. Parking midtown is a nightmare and for both pick up and drop off staff assisted with disassembly and reassembly to fit the scooter in the vehicle. Great company and resource!!!

Did a quick Google search, walked up to their office, they had me all set within about 20 minutes. After we were done, just left it at the hotel for them to come pick up. Couldn’t have been easier.
