GoogleDefinitely recommend Big Apple Mobility! They were organized and easy to get in touch with. We ended up needing to add on a part to our order, and they brought the new part the next day. We had a little hiccup with communicating the plan for pick-up, but they took full accountability and rectified the situation. Totally would rent from them again!

GoogleI rented a mobility scooter for my mother in law for 4 days. The scooter was clean, and in good condition. She is a larger lady and the scooter had plenty of power to get around New York. The scooter was large enough to be stable, but small enough to fit into every elevator we encountered. The battery lasted all day with extra charge to spare. The staff at big apple mobility are very nice. They offer delivery and pickup to local hotels. Our scooter took minor damage from a collision, and Big Apple Mobility demed it normal wear and did not charge me for repair! I would highly recommend Big Apple Mobility!!!!

GoogleGreat experience. Rented a scooter online for a daughter with a fractured tibia. Upon arrival at the store, a gentleman suggested a small wheelchair given the amount of vibration that would be coming to the tibia from the knee/leg pad on the scooter. Wheelchair was in good condition and easy to use.

Once we arrived in New York I had several messages confirming my booking and a reminder of where to collect the scooter (you can have delivery to your hotel but I chose this option). We were greeted by the kindest me ever of your team, who showed me how to use everything on the scooter. When we were dropping off the scooter, we were met with another incredible member of the team, who asked how I got on with it. It was an absolute godsend and I wouldn’t have been able to enjoy New York to the fullest without it. I am so grateful to Big Apple Mobility for offering this service.

GoogleFrom the very beginning i felt like the people talking to me were supportive, professional and flexible. I rented a knee scooter for 3 month. By the end of the third month, I called and asked them to come to pick it up. The guy on the phone was super kind, kept telling me that he is so happy for me that I won’t need the scooter anymore- adding that it’s a good sign for full recovery. I was so touched. 🙏

GoogleBig Apple Mobility dropped off a wheelchair for my grandma to use while we were in the city for the weekend. They took care of dropping off and picking up the wheelchair at our hotel so it was there when we arrived. Without the wheelchair it would have been very difficult to be able to show her as of New York as we got to see without the added worry of picking up or dropping off the wheelchair.
