A service was excellent. They delivered the scooter ahead of time. When we had an issue with the scooter that we couldn’t figure out, we made a simple phone call and they were able to assist us so that we can get on our way and explore the big apple. Overall, everything was as planned with this organization. I truly recommend them.

There is no way I could have went on this trip with my family without using this scooter due to my current health conditions. They delivered and picked up the scooter for convenience for me (which included a fee for that delivery/pick-up service). Staff were very kind and informative on each call. I highly recommend them!

Absolutely exceptional service by Jose and his team. With so much to worry about when you are out of town with a loved one recovering from surgery in a hotel suite, they could not have made things easier for us. From the initial reservation, to working with hotel so it could be set up before our arrival from hospital to on time pick up. Great communication throughout. Also, when I spoke to our hotel to tell them I had Big Apple Mobility coming to install a chair lift, they said they loved working with Jose and his team. Highly recommend!

The best decision of our entire trip to NYC! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Renting this mobility scooter was, without a doubt, the key to making our vacation a success. New York is an incredible city, but it's massive—without the scooter, I wouldn't have been able to explore or enjoy it the way I did. It gave us complete freedom to move around at our own pace without getting completely exhausted. A special shoutout to the staff: the team was top-notch—incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating from start to finish. The whole rental process was super easy. On top of that, flexible pickup and drop-off coordination made everything stress-free. We actually needed to return the scooter an hour later than scheduled, and they were completely understanding and fine with it, which we really appreciated. If you're on the fence about renting one for your trip, don't hesitate! 100% recommended. We'll definitely use them again on our next visit. Thanks to Big Apple Mobility!!

We rented a scooter for my elderly aunt to be able to enjoy NYC. Alex was helpful, accommodating, and friendly. He went above and beyond in helping coordinate the return of the scooter. The equipment was in great condition and the battery lasted all day so we did not even need to worry about plugging it in. We went all over NYC. I am very impressed with the cost, equipment, and customer service. Highly recommend and will use them again

I am soooooo thankful for Big Apple Mobility!!! My husband injured his foot prior to our trip to New York and his doctor suggested a knee scooter. I called Big Apple Mobility and spoke to a super kind and helpful gentleman name Alex. Alex was very attentive as I explained our curriculum and suggested a power scooter instead which would be easier for my husband to navigate in NYC due to the bumpy roads. I am soooooo incredibly happy I took his suggestion. The scooter was already there at the hotel for us upon check in and after our trip we just had to leave it there and Big Apple Mobility would take care of it. The scooter was comfortable and extremely easy to use. Alex and Big Apple Mobility provided much relief for us while navigating this city with an injured foot. I highly recommend them and if I ever need anything like this again, these guys will have a repeat customer.

Love their service. The receptionist was on top of everything and answered all my questions. Since it was my first time ordered from this company but everything went so smoothly. They delivered and picked up the wheelchair on time and they made sure that you are comfortable with the hour and very flexible with your schedule. Highly recommend!!! Had a rolled ankle in NYC, could have been a trip ruined but Big Apple was open on Saturday so we were able to get a wheel chair.

There was a wheelchair for my dad waiting for us when we got to our hotel. It was easy to manage through the city for our three day trip, including graduation. The only thing that would have made it better is if more subway stations were handicapped accessible, but Uber was a great alternative as well as the bus! Big Apple Mobility also picked up the wheelchair from our hotel at the end of our trip, and the whole thing was very affordable.

Great central location, amazing service! This was the best decision I made! I couldn’t walk as far as my sisters, a leg disease, and I thought I would be okay. Once I decided to get the electric scooter it changed the whole trip. I didn’t miss out on anything! The two guys that helped me were AMAZING!
