We wholeheartedly love our new Beverly Homes Community in Woodside Crossing! House/yard gorgeous, and that's saying a lot because we relocated here from Hawaii! Lovely forest and pond views, walking trails, community clubhouse/pool currently being built, yah, and our dog Sofie says she loves her dog parks, and her new furever home:-)

We are in the Philippines and purchased a home over the Internet. It was a challenge, but Beverly Homes did a wonderful job for us. I wanted some custom work done on the house, such as gutters, blinds on all the windows, a glass, sliding shower door in the master bathroom, screened in back porch, and all sod and irrigation. They did all that and it’s great. They worked very well with the whole team and did not take long to go through the processing and closing, and as soon as we get back, we will have a nice beautiful house to move into.

The amount of professionalism and sincerity that were given to us by Jessie Campanelli and Patrick Acuna was by far the best! We purchased our home and did most of our correspondence by phone and e-mail. Jessie was so helpful and kept us updated all the way through up to closing. Experience overall was exceptional! Wasn’t happy that the model home in the community was not being built at the time we were looking to purchase. However, Kevin Barry went out of his way to find a floor plan that would fit our needs that was currently being built in the community. Communication with Kevin was outstanding during the entire process. He was always willing to answer any questions or address any concerns we had. He made us feel valued and genuinely interested in our happiness with our home purchase.

Our buying experience was phenomenal! After looking at numerous builders and subdivisions, we purchased a new home from Beverly Homes. The sales rep, Kevin Barry, was/is fabulous! The lot we selected was already slated for a particular floor plan - one we had never seen. Since we were making this purchase from hundreds of miles away , Kevin took the time to visit another community that had the floor plan and have a FaceTime call with us to ensure the floor plan met all of our needs and expectations. Kevin continued to answer any questions or concerns we had throughout the building process. The entire process was outstanding from start to finish!

My husband and I looked at many of the developments in the Conway SC area for our retirement. Based on many reviews that we read and a visit to Chestnut Ridge, we decided to go with a Beverly Homes community. We were treated wonderfully by sales person Jessie Capanelli in the model home/sales office throughout the entire purchase and options selection process. She is extremely friendly and always wears a smile. Jessie is prompt to reply to my inquiries and if she doesn't have an immediate answer, she finds the answer(s) quickly. Patrick Acuna greeted us on our walk through prior to the closing for the tour of the house and showed us all appliances and systems. He takes care of all facets of the property management post-purchase efficiently and follows through with everything and all requests. He has a wonderful personality and excels at what he does. We are extremely pleased with the quality of our beautiful new home and thank you to Team Jessie & Patrick for making it a pleasant experience!

We came back to this house 3 times, the layout was perfect, back patio was ideal, Kevin Crawford explained everything and answered so many questions about insulation, eaves, roofing, stud placements, flooring, and we felt this was our new home. We put an offer in and we asked many more questions about closings, taxes, HOA and he was very patient with us with complete explanations. Our screened in patio, blinds, and our new shower door were great extras. The neighbors are very friendly and the area is quiet. We liked the Beverly builder, Corey, and feel our choice for this development was perfect for us. The legal assistants Kendra and Tabby, attorney Ashley, explained details in depth and with Corey and Kevin and our realtor Adam, had great support in this endeavor. Thank you.

Right from the 1st day we met Jackson at Beverly Homes he went above and beyond fir us. He let us take our time and helped when we had questions. Building our forever home from far away was just as easy as beimg there. We were sent video and pictures of the stages. Any changes that our realtor requested were taken care of immediately. Fantastic Service. Once completed the superintendent Josh explained every detail possible in our new home and was quite patient with all our questions. He even offered to do somethings for us until we move. Our home came out just as we wanted it. They do an awesome job. The detail, character and quality in their homes is the best.
