We bought a home in Peru Plantation in 2023 and the experience from start to finish was amazing. We love our home and the beautiful neighborhood. During the warranty period, Jennifer was so helpful. She was very knowledgeable about every aspect of our new home. Tabby and Michelle were always so friendly whenever I called with any questions. Chris, the construction supervisor, is also very helpful and friendly, answering any questions, as he is on site every day. Everyone at Beverly Homes really goes the extra mile. The warranty for our new home was fantastic as well. The community pool is almost finished and it is absolutely beautiful and beyond our expectations. We are very impressed with how nice it is, along with the cabana/pool house. The landscaping around the pool is also incredible. I was hoping they might put a palm tree by the pool and was pleasantly surprised that they put about 18 of them! They look amazing along with the crepe myrtles and the rest of the landscaping. The Beverly's really went all out! The quality of the Beverly employees really speaks volumes. Beverly Homes is all about service and their employees excel at that! I recommend them highly. It was the best decision we ever made buying a Beverly Home.

Let me start by saying my original review was based off the Management Company NOT Beverly Homes and since that posting we have a new Management Company in place. I am very happy with my Beverly Home. When my home was being built Jackson Thomas was very beneficial in the progress and sent me pictures on how the project was going. He was very helpful in helping me make decisions about our home and included all the requests and upgrades that we asked for. This move was not easy but Beverly Homes came through for us and built us our forever home. Thank you Jackson and Josh for all your help in taking care of all my concerns and taking care of any issues in a timely manner.
