I had a wonderful experience with Beverly Homes. Their follow up and warranty department was awesome, led by Jennifer Grainger. She was very attentive to my needs and always responded quickly and pleasantly. This is the best experience I’ve had so far with a builder. I was honestly so impressed, that when I retire from the navy, I would love to try and work for them in their accounting department.

Beverly Homes was a delight to deal with. The professionalism of both McKayla Farrell and Eston McDowell was extraordinary. McKayla was in contact with me at all hours of the day and even when she was away during the past Holiday visiting family. She answered all of my questions promptly. My experience with Eston was similar. Extremely accommodating and knowledgeable when it came to do the walk thru of the property. They clearly love their positions and it shows with how well they’re taking care of the new owners at Owl’s Nest.

A huge thank you to the Beverlys for helping me and my family buy our first home! We got a house in the new subdivision at "Night Owl Farms" and we love it! After finding Rivertown Row North on line I scheduled a trip to SC to see it. After many calls and texts with Tim I made it to look around. Tim is by far the best ever. He answered all my questions regardless of how many times I asked. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and so patient with me during my selling in MD to the closing in SC. Beverly Homes is lucky to have him. He truly represents the company. And my house is gorgeous.

I’ll start by saying we love our new home! Next, Kevin Barry is just amazing. We moved from out of state. He took time showing us multiple options while we were in town, did a virtual tour with us for our current home, and did all he could to help keep us informed throughout this ultimately months long process. We can’t thank him enough for all his time and efforts. The house itself is so lovely, some of the nicest finishing touches we’ve seen. We’ve only been here a few days and Kevin H. has already been by making sure any last details are taken care of, and with such a positive attitude. This is my 10th house that I have purchased. This was probably the easiest experience that I have had compared to those previous purchases. Jessie was my sales person and she handled every question and concern that I confronted her with no problem. She was very conscientious which meant a lot to me. The project manager, Patrick, took care of everything that I brought up and did it in a timely manner. He always went out of his way to make sure that I was satisfied with my new purchase.

First all I will say our salesman Jackson was great. It was really like dealing with a friend. He was/is knowledgeable about each and every house available along with each lot. Jackson made it a very pleasant experience from the start to the very end. Always keeping us up to date. We are also very happy with the house we purchased. All in all it was great.

We actually bought this house only seeing it through pictures and our realtor’s phone camera. I know, crazy right?! With any other builder, yes. But we did a lot of research about SC and it’s many builders and it was abundantly clear that Beverly Homes was the choice for us. We’ve had a handful of odds and ends that needed to be fixed but anything we asked to be done was taken care of right away. This has actually been a very nice experience and I’m so glad we chose Beverly Homes for our home in Longs, South Carolina.

My wife and I started a home search over the last year moving from upstate New York to the Myrtle Beach area for retirement. It was a difficult move due to our downsizing and wanting a home that looked more traditional to our liking from where we came from. Moving is a very difficult process and finding the right place so you do not have to go through it again is probably even more difficult. Even though we just moved in, the people at Beverly homes could not have been more helpful or accommodating to help us through the process. Everyone we interacted with (Jessie, Tabby and Patrick) could not have been more helpful, polite and understanding through the entire process. We even had some special needs when one of our loaded cars broke down on the way for the closing 4 hours away, and while I will not detail those needs, they were there to pretty much make our lives much easier and less stressful with all we had going on. Anything new can come with issues, our new home had a few things (all Minor) which were addressed and taken care of immediately by Patrick. The move to the south has been one of the best moves we could have made and the people have the best attitude anyone could hope for. These people make Beverly homes what it is which is the very best home buying experience anyone could hope for. I will add if it were not for our agent Virginia LaRoche, we never would have known or possibly considered stopping here. She of course does not work for Beverly homes, but steered us in this direction. We are now 20 minutes to the beach, shows and other attractions. Working with Beverly Homes was a good experience overall. The Warranty group was especially good. Disappointments were 2. One was the proposed build date of 4 to 6 months slipped to nearly 9 months. And second disappointment is I am still waiting, and expecting, the disappearing staircase in my garage to be installed as per my building plans. I keep getting “blown off” about the installation. Otherwise, all good.

In my home search (I’ve been looking for 2 1/2 years for the perfect home, I was able to see three or four homes with Jackson. I immediately knew I wanted one of their homes after such a long search! During my search, There was a slight miscommunication, but with the help of Jackson and Charles Byrd, things were effectively taken care of within a few hours. We just recently purchased a Beverly Home! It has been an exciting rollercoaster ride with 3 young children and trying to settle into our new home. There has been some minor hiccups along the way but with the support from Beverly Homes warranty department, they have helped make everything an easy process. Beverly Homes warranty department is so supportive with any concerns or questions we have had so far. Today, Bob Young came to our home to adjust door stoppers. He was professional, personable, and understanding of our concerns. He was confident in is work at Beverly Homes.
